Students' Complaints about the unsupported Dormitories’ Facilities Andalas University’s dormitory is one of the fundamental tools which supports academic activity in campus, actually, still have many problems to face. UNAND has 4 dorms which separated for boys and girls. Those dorms supposed to be a comfortable and productive place to learn and stay. The dormitories had already operated for nine years, meanwhile, there are still many critisizms and complaints which came from the students. Mostly, they complained about the most needed facilities, such as: wifi, which is insufficient for all students, the unavailable water supply in bathroom which make a difficulty for students before going to campus, the light is oftenly off and there are no kitchen in the dorms.
